Lost my heat on the coldest day of the winter. Technician came out quickly and did a great job. Did a tune-up, cleaned everything up, and explained to me what he thought happened. A cover was loose, caused the oil to not burn efficiently, and created so much soot it eventually burned itself out. I’ll be using S&B for my services and repairs from now on.
